Onepage CRM – SMS & IVR via Zapier & engageSPARK Integration

Send an SMS to every new contact in your Onepage CRM account through engageSPARK

 

Step 1. Create your first zap – click Make a Zap!

Step 2: Choose Onepage CRM as the trigger app.

Step 3: Then select New Contact as the trigger.

Step 4: Connect your Onepage CRM Account to Zapier then hit Continue.

Step 5: Test the Trigger App Step then hit continue.

Step 6: Choose the Action App. Search for Webhooks by Zapier and select it as your action app.

 

Step 7: Choose the action you want the webhook to do. Here, we will select “POST” because we will send a POST request to trigger an SMS to your new contact.

Step 8: Fill out webhook template. You can read how our SMS API works here or you can follow the screenshot below. Don’t forget to replace these data with your own:

          “message”: “REPLACE WITH THE MESSAGE YOU WANT TO SEND”
          }

 

You also need to put your API Key after Token in Headers > Authorization. Once done, hit Continune to send a test SMS to your contact.

Step 9: If the test is successful, it will show you this message. Otherwise, if will give you an error message to let you know which part of the Zap has issues and needs a review.

 

Step 10: Once test is successful, click Done Editing and Turn on your Zap. Test it by adding a new contact in your Onepage CRM Account.

 

Note that these steps are not exclusive to a “New Contact” but you can also follow these steps if you want to send an SMS every time you add a new lead or a new custom object to your Onepage CRM account.
