How can I remove contacts from a group?

In this article, we will show you how quick and easy it is to manually remove any contact phone numbers from a group. That way you can keep all of your contact groups as updated as possible.

Note: Removing contacts from a group does not delete them from your organization. To learn more about deleting contacts, check out this article.

Follow the steps below:

First, go to the Contacts page.

Then, select the group on the left-hand side where you want to remove contacts from.

Finally, tick the boxes next to the contacts you wish to remove, and from the drop-down menu of the Bulk Actions button, choose the remove the contacts from the group option.

When you choose to remove a contact, a pop-up message will ask you to confirm your action. Hit the Remove button when ready and that’s it! The selected contacts are removed from your contact group.
