Send SMS Blast – Conversations Page

You can find a summary of the messages you sent under the Conversations tab. The messages can be filtered by using the Search Conversations field to search for messages from a particular contact.

Tip: This functionality is helpful for sanity checks during testing.

Using the Message field at the bottom of the page, you can quickly write out a message to respond or send follow-up messages to your subscribers.

Tip: This is helpful for sending quick, personal responses to inbound messages.

Choose the Sender ID you want to use from the Select a Sender dropdown. Write your message and click Send button marked by an arrow.

Note: If you have an existing registered Sender ID/name with us, you can automatically see it in the Select a Sender dropdown. Otherwise, please contact support to register one or more.
