Unsubscribe All Contacts

 

The Unsubscribe all contacts feature allows you to immediately halt all communications for a specific campaign. This means that all ongoing and scheduled subscriptions for the campaign will be stopped.

Contacts who are subscribed will no longer receive any further calls, messages, or top-ups related to the campaign. Additionally, no further actions will be executed as part of the campaign. It’s important to note that ongoing calls will continue until their natural end; we won’t abruptly hang up on contacts who are currently engaged in a call.

 

How to perform the unsubscribe all action:

  1. Go to the campaigns page: https://app.engagespark.com/campaigns
  2. Find the campaign you want to unsubscribe all contacts from and click on the action’s dropdown menu next to the campaign.

  3. Select “Unsubscribe All” from the dropdown options.

  4. A pop-up will appear explaining what the feature does and will prompt you to confirm the action.
  5. Click on “Confirm” to proceed with unsubscribing all contacts from the campaign.
