Yes, we offer airtime transfer service which is available on selected countries. The end-users can use the airtime or phone credits to access SMS, voice calls and data and other services offered by their mobile operator.

We can set this up in your account so that people who replied will get phone credits to serve as an incentive for answering survey questions. The cost will be deducted from your account balance. Compensating the airtime cost for replying to the survey or poll will likely increase the response rates.

Typically the processing time will take 24 hours from the time you submit a request. Once we initiate the airtime transfer, it will take seconds to minutes for it to be delivered.
