Agile CRM- SMS & IVR via Zapier and engageSPARK Integration
Send an SMS from engageSPARK to every new contact in your Agile CRM account.Step 1: Log in to Zapier or accept engageSPARK invite in Zapier. To do that, check this support page for steps.
Step 2: Click Create a Zap
Step 3: Choose a Trigger App. Here, we will choose Agile CRM.
Step 4: Choose the trigger. Here we will choose New Contact but you can also use these steps every time there is a New Ticket, New Deal or a New Lead in your Salesforce Account.
Step 5: Connect your Agile CRM account to Zapier. Then hit Continue.
Step 6: Test your account and hit Continue.
Step 7: Choose the Action App. If you have accepted engageSPARK’s invite in STEP 1 for the first time, engageSPARK will be automatically chosen.
Step 8: Click on Subscribe Contact to an Engagement then hit Continue. So, every time there is a trigger (a new contact), that contact will receive the SMS from the engagement you created.
Step 9: Connect your engageSPARK account. If you are doing this for the first time, CLICK HERE to learn how.
After that, click Continue.
Step 10: Fill out this template:
Now, let us go through each of the blank fields that should be filled up. First is the phone number. Click on the dropdown and choose Phone.
Then, type your ORG ID in the second blank field. If you don’t know your ORG ID, CLICK HERE.
For the ENGAGEMENT ID, it is the number found in the URL when you click on Reports of the engagement you created. (See Image below)
For the First Name and Last Name, just click again on the drop-down icon and choose First Name then Last name respectively.
Once template is complete, hit Continue.
Step 11: Test the Action App and the hit Finish.
Step 12: Turn ON your Zap and Test it by adding a New Contact to your Salesforce Account.
