The engageSPARK platform supports the following channels. You can use them and switch between them as needed in your situation.

  • WhatsApp: Use WhatsApp as a cost-effective way to start, while internet is available.
  • SMS: Back to text messages to reach everyone, if two-way SMS is possible.
  • Voice calls: The fallback. When WhatsApp fails and two-way SMS isn’t available, voice calls save the day.

No reply?

The safety check isn’t getting answers from some colleagues? Maybe bad mobile signal … or worse.

Here’s how you can handle no-reply scenarios:

  • Start with WhatsApp. If no reply, fall back to voice calls.
  • SMS not answered? Try again every 15 minutes, up to 5 times—automatically.
  • Voice calls aren’t being picked up? Keep trying on the hour, automatically skipping late-night hours.

Integrate more with API & webhooks.

Raise the alarm!

When someone indicates they need help, raise the alarm and notify the right people—instantly—via SMS, WhatsApp, voice calls, email, or API calls.

And then get additional information from the contact, automatically: What do you need? Where are you?
