Executive Assistant to Head of Growth and Enterprise Sales Team

Help grow our customer base with users in 100+ countries, including many well-known companies in the Philippines and abroad, such as Facebook, Convergys, Google, Intel, Ayala companies, Asian Development Bank, and the United Nations. Our customers include NGOs improving the lives of poor people and businesses interacting with their customers.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Perform administrative duties as assigned
  • Act as HR Personnel for a small team
  • Plan, arrange and manage meetings
  • Record, document, and disseminate meeting minutes
  • Act as a liaison with other departments
  • Maintain proper filing system and accurate record keeping of key contact information
  • Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and completeness in preparing reports/ documentation
  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Head of Growth and our Enterprise Sales Team as needed
  • Manage the schedule of our Head of Growth, appointment, calendar including events and conferences
  • Manage travel and team event schedule including budgeting
  • Assist with running personal errands when needed
  • Ad-hoc activities if necessary

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of secretarial or business admin experience required
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Able to travel with Head of Growth as and when required
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail, meticulous and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to exercise discretion in dealing with confidential or sensitive matters
