Help grow our customer base with users in 100+ countries, including many well-known companies in the Philippines and abroad, such as Facebook, Convergys, Google, Intel, Ayala companies, Asian Development Bank, and the United Nations. Our customers include NGOs improving the lives of poor people and businesses interacting with their customers.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Act as the liaison between key customers and internal teams
  • Build and maintain deep relationships with key clients and accelerate the growth of current contracts
  • Conduct regular business reviews and weekly checkpoints with clients
  • Be the point of contact for client on all client-related concerns, questions and issues
  • Project manage customer implementations
  • Focus on deep learning about key clients, gathers information about all aspects of key organizations
  • Proactively communicate with clients and internal partners on a regular basis and respond to specific queries
  • Discover, explore and evaluate new revenue opportunities with each client
  • Update CRM regularly to track customer updates
  • Track revenue, success KPI’s, report to leadership team regularly for assigned clients

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of Account Management experience
  • Previously or currently in charge of handling key accounts or clients
  • Previous experience in Sales is an advantage
